Coin dealer software for the people who set the buy price.
CounterMint is dealer-first and dealer-only. It is built for professional coin, paper-currency and bullion dealers who buy from the public and need the offer that leaves the counter to be consistent, itemized and defensible — whether one person wrote it or a staffer did.
Single-location shops
The owner-operator case: you already know what you will pay, but writing it up takes an hour and every write-up looks slightly different. Core covers one location and eight staff seats, so a part-timer produces the same offer sheet you would.
Multi-location dealers
When three shops price the same lot three ways, the inconsistency costs more than the software. Multi-Shop covers up to five locations and forty seats, with pricing recorded per line and per staffer. Currently a pilot rather than a plan you can buy outright.
Bullion and scrap buyers
If most of what you buy prices off metal content, the value is speed with the market held still: buy bands off melt by product, spot context refreshing under every open quote, and a paper trail on every payout.
What it replaces, and what it doesn’t
CounterMint replaces the notepad, the calculator, the screenshotted spot price and the hand-written offer sheet. It does not replace your point-of-sale, your inventory system, your accountant, or the professional references you price against.
It also does not replace you. Every automatic behavior has a switch and a boundary; every number waits on a person. If a lot needs thirty years of judgment, CounterMint’s job is to hand you the arithmetic and get out of the way.
Accepted lines export as CSV, so the systems you already run keep running.
Fifty dealers start free, keep half price for as long as they stay — and get a hand on what gets built.
