The terms, plainly

Trial. 30 days free, no card to start. Your approved new business starts its trial on activation. An invitation request or trial is not a claimed Founding place.

Claim timing. Complete billing and confirm an available Founding subscription to secure your place and rate. Confirm during your trial and you keep your original 30 free days, with no charge before the trial ends.

After the trial. If your trial has ended, we'll confirm the price and that your paid subscription starts today before you continue. There are no back charges for paused days. If you have not chosen paid service, the account pauses; no subscription starts automatically.

Cancellation and return. When cancellation takes effect, your current price lock ends. If the Founding 50 is still open and a place is available when you return, you can make a new claim. Otherwise, you can choose the current Standard plan. Returning does not start another free trial. Cancellation is scheduled for the current trial or paid-period end. Undo it before it takes effect to keep the active price lock; an ended lock is not automatically restored.

Availability and closure. After 50 confirmed memberships, the Founding offer closes permanently; a later cancellation does not reopen it. Temporary holds can make places unavailable before that point, and the offer can also be administratively closed. A request, invitation, trial or attached card does not claim a place. Standard requires your explicit acceptance; it never starts automatically if a Founding place is unavailable.

The fixed price. $50 a month or $500 a year, locked for as long as your subscription remains active, even if the Standard price increases. The current Standard plan is $100 a month or $1,000 a year, chosen explicitly. This is a fixed-dollar promise for an active subscription, not half of every future tier.

Multi-Shop. The Multi-Shop pilot is available now on a custom quote for your locations and staff, set up personally with Ray. It is quoted separately from the Founding offer.

The other half of the deal

Fifty dealers decide what this becomes.

We plan to work with up to fifty founding dealers. That is the largest group one person can give individual attention to. You tell us what earns its place at your counter and what gets in the way, and the roadmap follows the shops using it, not a guess about them.

What’s working, what isn’t, what’s missing, and where a number disagrees with what you’d actually pay. One line in an email is enough.

We evaluate it in the open

Suggestions receive a human response and are evaluated against the product’s needs. Recurring feedback helps set priorities; it does not promise a particular feature or delivery date.

We aim to keep changes understandable and configurable. Setup help and feedback give us a way to learn what your staff needs before adding complexity.
