—Customers accept, counter or decline from their phone, line by line
—Settle at the counter and hand over a purchase receipt

—Your branding on every quote, by email, text or print
—Every line attributed to the staff member who priced it

Billing questions

Who handles my card?

Stripe. Your card never touches our servers, and adding one doesn’t start a subscription.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your account. You keep access through the period you’ve paid for.

Monthly or annual?

Pick either when you start paid service: $50 a month or $500 a year on Founding. Want to switch later? Just ask and we’ll take care of it.

If I cancel and come back?

Your workspace and history are right where you left them. Your Founding rate ends with your subscription, so you’d rejoin at the rate open at the time.

Taxes?

Any tax is shown before you confirm.

More than one shop?

Yes. Multi-Shop is set up on a custom quote for your locations. Use the Multi-Shop form above, or write to us.

The fine print, plainly

30 days free, no card to start. A request, invitation, trial or attached card does not claim a Founding place, and an invitation request does not reserve one. Complete the Founding claim and accept its price while the offer is open and a place is available. Claim during your trial and you keep the rest of your 30 free days.

If your trial has ended, we’ll confirm the price and that your paid subscription starts today before you continue. Paused days are not back charged.

When cancellation takes effect, your price lock ends. If the Founding 50 is still open and a place is available when you return, you can make a new claim. Otherwise you can choose the current Standard plan, which needs your explicit acceptance. Returning does not start another free trial. Undo a scheduled cancellation before your trial or paid period ends to keep your lock.

After 50 confirmed memberships, Founding closes permanently, even if a later cancellation frees a place. Temporary holds and administrative closure can also prevent a claim. An unavailable Founding place never starts Standard service on its own.

Staff seats and photo analyses follow the allowances configured on your account. Paying annually doesn’t shorten the period you’ve paid for or entitle you to an early end or refund. The illustration on this site assumes buyer tax for a resale comparison; it is not your subscription tax quote.
