The short version, in plain words.

What you’re buying. A subscription to hosted software. Monthly or annual, no minimum term, cancel from your account any time. Founding pricing holds while the subscription stays continuous.

The numbers are yours to sign. CounterMint™ computes offers from your rules and public market data. It is a tool, not an appraisal, and not advice. Every price you send to a customer is your price.

Uptime and feeds. We work to keep it available and honest. When a market feed is stale or unavailable, quotes say so rather than guessing. We aren’t liable for market movement or for a transaction you chose to make.

Acceptable use. Don’t resell access, scrape the comp data out of it wholesale, or use it to price things you don’t have the right to buy.

Refunds. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, write to us and we’ll make it right rather than argue about the clause.

What we collect. Your account details, the quotes and settings you create, and basic usage logs so we can find bugs. Nothing more than the product needs to work.

What we never do. Sell, rent or broker your buy bands, your offers, or your customer list. Your pricing does not become another dealer’s data product.

Who else touches it. Hosting, email delivery and Stripe for payments. That’s the list, and we’ll name them on request.

Your customers’ data. Contact details you enter belong to you. Customer-facing quote links are unguessable and revocable, and we don’t market to the people you quote.

Export and deletion. Export any time without asking. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it, including backups on their normal rotation.
