The short version, in plain words.

What you’re buying. A subscription to hosted software, monthly or annual. Schedule cancellation from your account for the current trial or paid-period end. Founding pricing holds while active and ends at effective cancellation; a return requires a fresh available Founding claim or explicit acceptance of current Standard. No second trial, automatic old-rate restoration or automatic Standard subscription.

The numbers are yours to sign. CounterMint™ computes offers from your rules and public market data. It is a tool, not an appraisal, and not advice. Every price you send to a customer is your price.

Uptime and feeds. Check recorded freshness and quote status before relying on market context. Provider-delayed or sampled data is not an exchange feed or executable quote. We are not responsible for market movement or the dealer’s decision to issue an offer.

Acceptable use. Don’t resell access, scrape the comp data out of it wholesale, or use it to price things you don’t have the right to buy.

Marketplace data. CounterMint uses sold-comparable data from a separate provider to help calculate offers. It may also show current eBay listings for context, but those listings don’t set your price. By viewing them, you agree to eBay’s API terms; eBay can enforce those rules, and access can be withdrawn.

Refunds. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, write to us and we’ll make it right rather than argue about the clause.

What we collect. Your account details, the quotes and settings you create, and basic usage logs so we can find bugs. Site forms also store the answers you submit, their time and relevant consent choice. Collector research stores the question/version shown, usage answers, hypothetical price interest, optional contact details and research-contact permission separately from collector launch interest and dealer inquiries. Giving an email address alone does not opt you into research follow-up. Research responses do not create an account, subscription or Founding Dealer reservation. Ask [email protected] about correcting or deleting a site response.

What we never do. Sell, rent or broker your buy bands, your offers, or your customer list. Your pricing does not become another dealer’s data product.

Who else touches it. Hosting, email delivery, Stripe for payments, and the market-data services used for sold comps and current listings. We use US-based AI companies only, through API agreements, so none of your data or your customers’ data is ever used to train models. Addresses fill in as you type in Settings: only the address text you type goes to Photon, an OpenStreetMap address lookup run by komoot, and nothing about you or your customers. We share only what each service needs; current eBay listing data is kept briefly, removed when required, and never used to train AI.

Your customers’ data. Contact details you enter belong to you. Customer-facing quote links are unguessable and revocable, and we don’t market to the people you quote.

Export and deletion. Accepted lines have CSV export. If you ever want your account fully deleted, the owner can do it right in Settings. We don’t hide it, and you don’t have to ask us. Nothing is deleted for 30 days, so you can change your mind. After that, the workspace data is permanently deleted, except the minimal billing records the law requires. Our payment processor keeps its own records, and copies in backups are removed as those backups expire. Staff can delete their own profile from My Profile. Contact us about other account data; we will explain the process and applicable retention. Site research and launch permissions remain separate and are not reinterpreted as dealer or marketing enrollment.
