We plan ongoing support, upgrades and new features. You’re locking in a highly refined product, with more to come, while rates are at their lowest.
These are ideas we’re considering, not promises. Some came from dealers we’ve worked with and some are our own. We’re sharing them so you can see where we’re headed, and so you can help steer.
Short-term and long-term goals alike are prioritized by your feedback and by what brings you the most value, not by our assumptions. If something here would change your day, tell us. If something matters more that isn’t here, tell us that too.

Selling
One-click eBay listings
- Templates and styles you customize, like Quote Studio, saved for quick posting.
- Pick an item and click “Post to eBay.” CounterMint handles the HTML formatting and fills in every spec and field.
- You set the price and offer rules. We handle the rest.
Your call
Sell-side quotes
- Itemized quotes for your shop’s sales, so every purchase and every sale is tracked under one CounterMint roof.
- Exposure would cover both sides of the counter, what you buy and what you sell.
To be straight with you, most dealers we’ve talked with haven’t asked for this, and so far we’ve only sat down in person with a few shops. If it would be a big value to you, we want to know, and we’ll build it to your specifications.
Far future, built on mutual success
A marketplace made for coins, currency and bullion
If we grow together, we’d like to build a marketplace made only for our corner of the trade.
- Publish actionable quotes to other CounterMint users, possibly including collectors through a CounterMint Collector edition.
- Our goal for fees: about half of what the big marketplaces charge.
- Auction-style listings, counter offers, and rules that approve or reject offers for you.
- Offers that retract automatically if a quote drifts past your threshold, and bidding events if you want them.
